Shipping Policy

We generally ship within 48 hours after payment is received, Monday-Friday. All of our packages are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your order's tracking number on the day it is shipped.

International Customs Taxes/ Fees

The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties and taxes that may be incurred on your purchase. Customs Declaration will be marked as actual cost of your purchase.

Unfortunately it is not possible to track international packages once they leave the US and delivery confirmation is not available. I am not responsible for items lost once they are out of my hands, I can only show where my post office accepted the package.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. We do not accept checks or money orders of any kind.

We reserve the right to refuse any order in which the billing information and credit card information does not match.

Sales Tax

Illinois buyers will be charged 7% Sales Tax

Pre- Order Purchasing Policy

Payment on pre-orders is due prior to the arrival of the fabric. Pre-order items are listed in the Coming Soon section of the store under the month they are scheduled to arrive. Please understand fabric printer delays do happen and they are not within the realm of our control.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are allowed in extenuating circumstances. Repeated purchases followed by cancellations will, however,result in our inability to work with a customer.

Color Representation

While every effort is made to represent color accurately, every monitor is different and I can not guarantee the colors you see match the colors of actual fabric.  I offer 3 free fabric swatches per customer to help insure you order the exact fabric you need.

Return Policy  

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns on any damaged or miss-cut fabric within 10 days of your purchase date. You must mail the damaged fabric back to our shop in its original condition and packaging, once the item is received the refund will be issued. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.

International Orders-No refunds will be issued for lost packages. Unfortunately it is not possible to track packages once they leave the US and delivery confirmation and insurance is NOT available on the flat rate envelopes. So, while we can provide proof of shipment on our end, we cannot be responsible for packages once shipped internationally.

Privacy Policy

All personal information used on our site will be collected from you voluntarily. It will be used to process your orders, and will not be sold to anyone, ever. We will use your information to respond to you about issues that may arise with your order, or to respond if you have contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order
